These works are written by the signature of Mela Qadriye Kotimi son Ya'qub. We saw in a book, which consisted of the poems of Mullah Khalid Orek and Sheikh 'Eladdin Okshini, the series of khitma of the Naqshbandi sect and an independent belief. It is preserved in the Süleymaniye Library (Süleymaniye Kütüphanesi). Sheikh Fethillah Faruqi Shafii is a Werqani and Bitlisi Naqshebandi, born in the 18th century, in the village of Werqanis on the Baykan district (Zarqi District). The year of his birth is not known; but some historians say so (1846)
