The third volume "New Day and Popular Kurdish Literature" which consists of Dûrik, Qewl, Lori, Methelok and Mamikan was released. The product was prepared by Necat Keskin.
Roja Nu newspaper was published by Kamiran Bedirkhan in Berud between 1943-46. The language of the newspaper is Kurdish and French and a total of 73 issues have been published. Although it is a political newspaper, there are enough types of popular Kurdish literature in it. This also shows the sensitivity and opinion of Kamiran Bedirkhan towards folk literature. Because this popular literature - he also calls it as national literature - is the life of the nation; is the mind and life of the nation; warm, colorful, fragrant and bright.
We brought together the types of popular Kurdish literature that were included in Roja Nu newspaper in 3 volumes. In the first volume, we included stories and experiences, and in the second volume, we collected some types of folk poetry such as songs and war.
This available work is the last third volume and it includes other types of folk poetry such as durik, qawl, lori, as well as some examples of other types such as mytholok and mamik. Also in this volume, like the others, there is an "introduction" to the evaluation of the species.
Through this whole work, we only brought together the types of Kurdish folk literature that were included in Roja Nu newspaper; the hope is that the others will be recorded over time and all of them will build an archive with themselves one day.
