Mak book accepts exchanges and returns for damaged products within 30 days of purchase (14 days during sale), (but) provided you show the original receipt. We provide this service to you in each of our stores in the country where the transaction took place. Your recovery is usually done within a week or a week and a half. After we have completed your backup, we will send you a notification email. Once we have initiated the refund process, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process the refund to the original form of payment.
