MAHSUM DİMA was born on April 1, 1993 in Nişebin. He attended school for 8 years in the district of Kertwen above Nişebin. In 2009, he was arrested for political reasons and sentenced to 38 years in prison. He stayed in prisons such as Maltepe, Metris T1 and 2, Tekirdag F-2 and Kandira. He is still imprisoned in Bandirma prison. Of his many works of poetry and novels, this is his fourth work to be published.
